摘要
针对金属板材无模渐进成形技术存在的设备成本高、支撑不易制作等问题,探讨了利用数控机床实现金属板材无模渐进成形的方法;研究了与此相关的成形夹具设计、支撑制作和成形加工轨迹生成等方法;通过成形加工实验验证了该方法的实用性。
The existing sheet metal dieless forming technology has the problems of high device cost and the needed support not easy to be manufactured. To slove the problems, a method is proposed to realize the sheet metal dieless forming based on CNC machine tool and the related techniques such as forming fixture design, support manufacturing and forming tool path generation. A forming experiment has been done to verify the practicability of the method.
