摘要
介绍了在Pro/E Wildfire环境下,运用笛卡儿坐标系创建渐开线齿廓并利用其开发工具参数(Parameters)结合关系式(Relations)功能来实现行星锥齿轮参数化造型的关键技术。利用高级编程语言VC++6.0和Pro/EWildfire的二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit,通过动态连接库,成功地实现了行星锥齿轮参数化设计系统的二次开发。
The key techniques to accomplish par.ameterization modeling of involute bevel gear, under the Pro/E Wildfire condition using Cartesian CSYS to creat einvolute tooth profile and utilizing development tool parameters combined with the function of relations are introduced. Through Dynamic Link Library file , the secondary development of bevel gear parameterization design system is successfully realized by means of VC++6.0 and Pro/Toolkit.
