绩效评价的理论和方法多种多样。文章介绍了"业绩金字塔"、"平衡记分卡"、"关键业绩指标法"、"360度绩效评价"等6种评价理论,并对英国、美国和新加坡三国的医院绩效评价办法和指标作了简要介绍。
There are different kinds of theories and methods of performance appraisal. The paper introduces six appraisal theories, such as "achievement pyramid", "balance score card", "key performance index method", "360 degree performance appraisal" etc, and introduces the performance appraisal measures and indexes of three countries: Britain, American and Singapore.
