The world university winter games which is sponsored by Federation International duSport Universitaire is a sports pageant for the undergraduates all over the world. The 2009 world university winter games will be held in Harbin city known as ＂oriental Paris＂. The games is helpful in developing the winter sports and campus sports culture in Heilongjiang province Beginning from the culture of world university winter games, the paper expatiates some influences of the games on the campus sports material culture, immaterial culture and institutional culture.
