摘要
2009年在哈尔滨市举办世界大学生冬季运动会,不仅有利于发展黑龙江的冰雪运动,推动冰雪旅游业的发展,拓展黑龙江省经济、社会的发展优势;同时,也有利于弘扬黑龙江省独具特色的冰雪文化。以大冬会为契机,提升冰雪运动水平、冰雪文化档次,使其成为促进黑龙江省经济与社会和谐发展,推动社会文明和进步的媒介与桥梁。
The 2009 world university winter games which will be held in Harbin city is furthersome not only in the ice - snow sports development, ice - snow tourism, economic and societal development, but also in the advantage of larruping ice - snow culture in Heilongjiang province.
