短道速滑是对团队凝聚力要求较高的项目,提高该项目的团队凝聚力是一个重要的课题。通过分析影响短道速滑项目团队凝聚力的各种因素,提出相应的对策,为提高凝聚力提供参考意见。
It requires a good team spirit in the short track speed skating, so there is an important research question how to heighten the skaters＇ team spirit. After analyzing some factors which influence the team spirit in this sport, the article gives some countermeasure as references for these problems.
