速滑“课内与课外”结合式教学探究

就如何能够激发学生学习速滑课的兴趣,提高学生的练习热情和教学质量,使速滑课能够上得生动活泼,进行了教学实验。通过速滑课对比教学实验结果表明,采用“课堂教学与课外练习”结合式教学,是提高速滑课教学效果的一个有效的教学方式。

There are some problems how to arouse the students＇ interests in speed skating class and heighten their positivity for teaching effect to be interesting. The integrated ＂teaching in- class and exercise out - class＂ didactics can do well for the students to improve the health fitness and be in good lifelong exercise habit. The comparative experiment results shows that the didactics is a effectual teaching means to improve the speed skating teaching effect.
