摘要 目的测定银杏叶片中总黄酮醇苷和银杏萜类内酯的含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS-A(150mm×6.0 mm含量,5μm);流动相分别为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(55:45)、水-甲醇-四氢呋喃(75:25:12);流速1.0 m.lmin-1;检测波长360 nm;进样量10μl。结果槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素等3种黄酮苷元、白果内酯及银杏内酯A、B、C等4种银杏萜类内酯均能得到良好分离,标准曲线线性关系良好。结论所建方法准确、灵敏、稳定、可靠,可满足定量分析的需要。 OBJECTIVE To detect the total flavonol glycosides and terpene lactones in Ginkgo leaf tablets . METHODS An HPLC methods was adpoted, the analysis of total flavonol glycosides was carried out on YMC - Pack ODS - A column S( 150 mm × 6 mm,5μm) with methanol -0.4% phosphate(55:45) as a mobile phase, solution flow rate of 1.0 ml· min^-1 and UV detection at 360 nm. The analysis of terpene lactones was carried out on YMC -Pack ODS- A column S( 150 mm × 6 mm,5 μm), with water- methanol- tetrahydrofuran(75 : 25 : 12) as a mobile phase. RESULTS The ginkgetins and the gingko terpene lactones could be completely separated from each other, and had good linerarity. CONCLUSION It is convenient, rapid and accurate. This method could be used for quality control of Ginkgo leaf tablets.
