摘要
目的测定盐酸帕罗西汀片剂的含量。方法采用HPLC法,C18柱,以甲醇-0.02 mol.L-1NaH2PO4(60:40,磷酸调pH4.0)为流动相,检测波长295 nm。结果回归方程为:A=1.494×104C+1.653×103(r=0.9999),在10-100 mg.L-1的范围内,帕罗西汀浓度与峰面积之间线性关系良好,日内、日间的RSD<2%,平均回收率为101.15%(RSD=0.77%)。结论所建方法准确、简便、检测成本低,可用于盐酸帕罗西汀片含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a new RP - HPLC method to determine the content of Paroxetine hydrochloride tablets.METHODS Common ODS collumn was used for separating acided samples with methanol - 0.02 mol· L^ -1 NaH2PO4 (60 : 40, adjusting to pH 4.0 with phosphoric acid) as mobile phase and detective wavelength was set at 295 nm. RESULTS Paroxetine presented a good linearity within the concentration range of 10 -100 mg·L^-1, meanwhile both the inter -day and intra -day precision was less than 2% ,and the mean recovery was 100.15% with RSD of 0.77%. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, simple and low - cost for Paroxetine hydrochloride determination.
