咬合创伤兔颞下颌关节的组织学变化的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨咬合创伤对兔下颌髁突软骨的影响。方法:实验组于一侧下颌第一前磨牙备洞,粘接桩钉造成与对颌牙的急性牙合创伤,于各时间段取髁状实,常规包埋切片,进行HE染色,镜下观察组织形态变化。结果:实验组髁突软骨出现退行性改变,髁突软骨层次排列紊乱,细胞数减少,纤维层、增殖层、肥大层变薄。结论:咬合创伤可导致髁状突软骨发生退行性病变,其变化程度与创伤因素作用时间、强度有关。
