摘要
研究了羟基磷灰石(HA)与含钇的四方多晶ZrO2(Y-TZP)复合制备人工关节柄部的多孔生物陶瓷涂层材料的问题.经XRD和SEM分析了涂层材料的相结构和微观结构及人工关节柄部与骨组织结合情况,同时测定了人工关节及涂层材料的性能,并进行了体外降解及动物实验.实验表明:人工骨多孔涂层H-Z的平均气孔率Pa为34.95%,吸水率Wa为8.63%,体积密度ρ=3.84 g/cm3,断裂韧性KIC=10.95 MPa.m1/2,显微硬度HV为1 051.微观结构测定H-Z涂层中晶体为t-ZrO2,m-ZrO2,d-TCP和少量HA等晶相,Y-TZP与H-Z涂层结合良好,具有生物相容性、增韧性好和坚硬耐磨的特点,是目前较理想的骨移植材料.
A kind of porous bioceramic coating materials for stem of artificial joint is studied in this pa- per. The bioceramic coating material is a composite of hydroxyapatite (HA) and tetragonal phase zirconia with yttrium (Y-TZP). The phase structure, microstructure and the coalescent status between the stem of artificial joint and bone tissue are investigated by XRD and SEM. The properties of artificial joint and coating material are measured. The degradation of coating material in vitro and animal test have also been done. The results show that the average porosity(Pa), water absorption (Wa), volume density(ρ), fracture toughness (Kit) and microhardness(HV) of porous H-Z coating material for artificial joint are 34.95 %, 8.63 %, 3.84 g/cm^3,10. 95 MPa · m^1/2 and 1 051, respectively. The phase structure shows that the H-Z coating is consist of t-ZrO2, m-ZrO2, d-TCP and a small quantity of HA. The H-Z coating is well coalesced with the Y-TZP and it also has the advantages of biocompatibility, highly toughness and intensity. So it is considered to be a kind of ideal materials of bone transplantation.
