摘要 为了计算挠性陀螺仪扭杆细颈的刚度,采用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行分析,必须首先建立挠性接头的有限元模型。文中用ANSYS交互运行界面和APDL语言相结合的办法对挠性接头进行建模,简单地改变模型中的某些参数值就可以建立新的模型;采用拖拉法生成完整的网格模型,能够更好地控制单元形状。最后列举了一种宽度的挠性接头的静力和模态分析例子,证实了扭杆细颈受到应力最大是挠性接头的最薄弱环节。 The finite element software ANSYS is applied to analyze the rigidity of the flexible joint, which is necessary to make its finite element model firstly. In this paper, a modeling method of the flexible joint is introduced through the combination of GUI and APDL. which is a very easy and fast method of modeling by changing the relevant parameter, extruding method is used to set up the whole mesh model to control the element's shape. A static and dynamic model analysis example of the flexible joint with one kind of width is given which confirms that the center of flexible joint is the most vulnerable tache.
