摘要
中距空空导弹的作战能力评估是一个包含了定性和定量因素的不确定多属性决策问题。建立了评估的指标体系,提出了作战能力的模糊语言评估模型。通过模糊Delphi法调整决策者意见以达到一致。用模糊权重与模糊评价矩阵相乘,得到各型导弹综合评价的模糊值。最后通过一个实例说明了方法的有效性。
Combat capability evaluation of medium-range air-to-air missile is an uncertain multiple attribute decision making problem, which consists of quantitative and qualitative factors. The paper built an index system for combat capability and proposed an evaluation model. Use fuzzy Delphi method to adjust the opinions of decision makers and reach the consensus. By multiplying the fuzzy decision matrix with the corresponding fuzzy attribute weights, the final fuzzy results were achieved. Finally, an example was given to show the efficiency of the method.
