摘要
应用智能信息处理中的模糊理论,在不确定条件下提出了基于模糊距离下的极小复合权熵模型、基于个人偏好和风险效用下的模糊效用价值熵模型,应用风险决策理论和优化控制理论,对防空C4ISR系统进行了作战指挥效能评估。
Using the fuzzy theory of the intelligent information processing, putting forward the minimally and complicatedly weighted entropy model based on fuzzy distance under uncertain conditions and the fuzzy effective value entropy model based on personal affection and risk effectiveness, applying the risk decision theory and the optimal comrol theory to analyze the evaluation of operational efficiency of air defense C^4ISR system.
