摘要
目的:探讨前列腺癌(Pca)及良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中MnSOD基因的突变情况。方法:用RT-PCR的方法分别检测30例Pca组织中和20例BPH组织中SOD2基因片段的突变情况。结果:在6例前列腺癌组织标本和4例良性前列腺增生(BPH)组织中发现SOD2基因的点突变位点,其中前列腺癌组织标本(P3)中发现了SOD2基因的两个相连的点突变位点:372nt G---T颠换和373nt T---G颠换。结论:MnSOD基因的突变在前列腺癌的发生和发展过程中可能具有重要意义。
Objective: To detect the mutation of MnSOD in human prostate cancer(Pca) and benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) tissue. Methods: The mutation of MnSOD gene were detected using RT-PCR in 30 cases of Pca and 20 cases of BPH tissue. Results: The mutational sites were found in 6 cases of Pca and 4 cases of BPH tissues. The two consecutive mutational sites were found in a prostate carcinoma specimen(P3) : the transversion of 372nt G - - - T and 373nt T - - - G. Conclusion: The mutation of MnSOD genes may play an important roles in the development of the prostate carcinoma.
