部分小麦品种的高相对分子质量谷蛋白亚基组成分析

摘要 利用电泳技术分析了94个国产小麦样品的高相对分子质量谷蛋白亚基组成,结果表明:这些小麦品种大部分具有1A上的优质亚基1,1B上的优质亚基7+8/17+18,1D上的5+10,个别品种还同时具有1A、1B、1D上的优质亚基;我国的小麦品种高相对分子质量谷蛋白亚基组成类型较丰富,共检测到16种亚基和28种亚基组合类型,品质评分4~10分,平均为6.9分;在小麦品种中,含有优质亚基5+10、17+18或2^*,分别有44、5和13个品种,可供优质小麦育种应用。 The high molecular weight subunit (HMW) in glutenin subunits composition of 94 Chinese wheat lines were separated by SDS-PAGE. The result are as follows: 1.the most of good cultivars have good sub- units such as 1, 7 + 8, or 5 + 10 respectively coded by Glu-A1, Glu-B1 and Glu-D1, and a few of cultivars have the good subunits 1, 7 +8/17 + 18 and 5 + 10; 2. The HMW-GS compositions of 94 cultivars in China were abundant, and 16 subunit patterns and 28 subunit combinations were detected in these cultivars. The mean quality score of the 94 cultivars was 6.9, ranging from 4 to 10 ; 3. The 44 cuhivars carry 5 + 10 high quality subunits, 5 cultivars carry 17 + 18 subunit and 13 cultivars carry 2^* subunit, the results can be ap-plied in the quality breeding program.
