摘要
温度25℃、相对湿度50%条件下,研究破碎率为1%、2%、3%、4%、5%、6%和小麦感染赤拟谷盗成虫起始密度为1对/100 g、3对/100 g、5对/100 g条件下重量变化的情况.结果显示:感染害虫70 d的时间里试样基本总体重量增加,尽管小麦中有害虫存在和取食,但是取食造成的重量损失没有样品吸湿增重大.害虫密度越大虽对样品重量减少影响越大,而总体重量影响很小.试验又发现,小麦破碎率从1%增加到5%时,总体重量增加百分率呈下降趋势,从5%增加到6%,总体重量增加百分率又有增加,表明破碎率低时害虫危害损失较少,样品吸湿增重影响也小;破碎率高本应害虫取食减重较多,而吸湿造成的增重超过减重.
The weight change of wheat in different breakage ration and insect density of Tribolium castanium, was researched under the condition of(25±1 )℃ and 50% RH. The breakage ration was 1% , 2% , 3% , 4% , 5% , 6% , and insect density of adult was 1 couple/100 g, 3 couple/100 g, 5 couple/100 g respective-ly. The moisture content of wheat was 11.8 %. The result indicates that the insects caused very little weight loss of wheat during their developing in 70 days, but the wheat adsorbed the more moisture. When the break-age ratio increased from 1% to 5 % percentage of wei to 6 %, the percentaget was increased. It means that the sm increasing was reduced, and from 5 % added breakage ratio inhibited development of insect.
