摘要
对莪术饮片中的莪术醇分别用超临界溶胀和超临界抗溶剂法进行了结晶制备研究,探索了最佳工艺条件,对比了各工艺优缺点.确定最佳工艺为超临界萃取联用溶胀结晶法.莪术饮片提取纯化结晶一步完成,工艺参数为萃取压力30 MPa、温度40℃;分离压力14 MPa、温度30℃;无水乙醇携带剂2%;结晶压力4 MPa、温度20℃,可获得莪术醇含量高于90%的细粉末状晶体.
The crystallization of curcmol from Curcuma Wenyujin was studied by using Rapid Expansion of Su-percritical Solutions and Supercritical Anti-Solvent. Different crystallizing technology were compared to get the optimum one which the curcmol with 90% purity was crystallized by the method of Rapid Expansion of Super-critical Solutions joint Supercritical under the conditions of extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 40℃, separation pressure 14 MPa, separation temperature 30℃, alcohol entrainer dosage 2% , crystall-pressure 4 MPa, crystall- temperature 20℃.
