李牟籍贯、家世与身世考述

The Textual Research on LI Mu's Birthplace,Descent and Pedigree

明末李自成起义军中李牟,其人之有无,由于史籍中记载简略,且有失实之处,成为一个悬案。依据新发现的博爱《李氏家谱》及实际考察所获得的材料,李牟实有其人,故里在今河南博爱唐村。他的父亲李自奇为拳师。他出身秀才,能文能武,加入李自成军后为将,与堂兄李岩同时遭李自成冤杀。

Owing to the brief and misleading account in the historical records,it has been an unsolved case whether in history there was Li Mu of Li Zicheng Uprising Army of the Ming Dynasty.According to the newly-found Boai Li Clan Pedigree and the virtually reviewed materials,there really existed Li Mu,whose native place is now in Tangcun Village of Boai County and whose father was a boxer.He,as a xiucai adept with pen and sword,joined the Li Zicheng Army and was appointed as general but later,along with Li Yan,his cousin,wrongly murdered by Li Zicheng.
