良性前列腺增生症并急性尿潴留逼尿肌功能改变的临床探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨前列腺增生症(BPH)出现急性尿潴留(AUR)后逼尿肌功能情况。方法:对76例BPH并急性尿潴留患者(AUR组)进行尿动力学检查,并与88例单纯BPH患者(非AUR组)作比较。结果:AUR组中逼尿肌功能不稳定、逼尿肌低顺应性以及合并二种以上逼尿肌异常的发生率明显高于非AUR组。结论:BPH出现急性尿潴留时逼尿肌功能严重受损,应及时解除膀胱出口梗阻。 Objective:To investigate the changes of bladder detrusor function in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with acute urinary retention, nethods:164 patients(aged older than 58 years) with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)were analyzed retrospectively,and these patients with prostatic cancer were excluded. 76 eases of benign prostatic hyperplasia with acute urinary retention and 88 eases of BPH without acute urinary retention were evaluated with urodynamies. Results:The incidence of detrusor instable, poor compliance and more than two kinds of detrusor dysfunction in the BPH with acute urinary retention group were higher than those in the BPH without acute urinary retention group. Conclusion:Serious detrusor dysfunction can be found in benign prostatic hyperplasia with acute urinary retention. Bladder outlet obstruction of BPH with acute urinary retention should be removed as soon as possible.
