心血管循环系统的建模及仿真

摘要 建立了一个含心脏循环、冠状循环、肺循环和体循环四个基本结构的循环系统的血流动力学仿真模型。模型可以仿真正常及心衰情况下血液循环系统的血流动力学现象,得到正常及心衰情况下心脏的压力-容积曲线、冠脉血流波形、循环系统中各处的血压、血流量波形等表征血流动力学状况的重要曲线,还可仿真心脏的颈动脉窦神经活动与交感神经及迷走神经的调控机制。仿真结果与生理实际情况相符合。 This article puts forward a human circulation simulated model based on he modynamics. The model includes heart circulation, pulmonary circulation, coronary circulation and systemic circulation. The nmnerical simulated model cans simulation hemodynamics phenomena under normal physiological conditions or I-IF conditions. After simulation, we can gain pressure- voloume curves of heart, coronary blood flow waveforms, pressure waveforms and blood flow waveforms in systemic circulation everywhere. The numerical simulated model also cans simulation carotid sinus nerve activities, the sympathetic and vagal regulation mechanism for heart.Simulatlng results accord with real physiological conditions well.
