摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定青霉素V钾片的含量。方法:应用AlltechC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,ID),以水-甲醇(30∶70)为流动相,检测波长268nm。结果:青霉素V钾浓度在0.10~2.50mg·ml-1范围内,峰面积与进样量呈良好线形关系,相关系数r=0.9998,回收率为100.1%,RSD1.53%。结论:本方法准确、简便、专属性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective:A HPLC method was established for the determination of the content of penicillin V potassium in penicillin V potassium tablets. Methods:Chromatographic column was Ahech ODS column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was water: methanol(30:70). The detective wavelength was 268nm.Results :The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.10-2.50mg· ml^-1 for penicillin V potassium (r=-0.9998). The average recovery was 100.1% with RSD 1.53%.Conclusion:The method is accurate, simple and sensitive. It can be used for determination of penicillin V potassium in penicillin V potassium tablets.
