甘利欣联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

Ganlixin Joint Kurarinone the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B

目的观察甘利欣联合苦参素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法165例患者随机分为两组,对照组80例给予苦参素及常规护肝药（肝泰乐,维生素C,门冬氨酸钾镁）治疗;治疗组85例在对照组基础上加用甘利欣150mg,加入10%葡萄糖注射液250ml,静滴,qd;疗程均为4周。结果治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率（显效＋有效）80%,与对照组总有效率（显效＋有效）65%相比有显著差异（P〈0.01）;治疗组ALT,AST,TBIL下降幅度均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论甘利欣联合苦参素能明显改善肝功能及提高治疗效率,是治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效联合。
