复方炉甘石薄地混悬剂的制备和方法学考察 被引量:4

摘要 目的改进炉甘石洗剂的制备方法,提高混悬剂的物理稳定性和其疗效,建立紫外分光光度法测定混悬剂中的地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法利用过滤法获取地塞米松磷酸钠,运用紫外分光光度法测定地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。结果地塞米松磷酸钠的线形范围7.4~37.3μg/ml,回归方程y=-1.972×10^-2+0.02941C(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为99.53%,RSD为0.46%。结论改进后的炉甘石洗剂稳定性和疗效良好,运用紫外分光光度法测定地塞米松的含量,符合质量控制要求,方法简便、灵敏、测定结果准确。 Objective The improvement calamine lotion preparation method, enhances in the suspension thing the stability and the curative effect. To establish quantitative determination methods of dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate in the compound Calamine suspesion. Methods Determination of Dexameihasone Sodium Phosphate with UV Spectrophotometry. Result The test of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate concentration was liner within the range of 7.4~37.3 μ g/ ml, linear equation was y=-1.972 × 10^-2+0.02941C(r=0.9999, n=5).The average recovery rate was 99.53% and RSD was 0. 62%.Conclusion The improvement calamine suspension stability and the curative effect are good. The formula was designed reasonably and the content detection method was accord with quality control regulation. This method is simple, sensitive and precise.
