液电冲击波碎石治疗对肾功能的急性损害

摘要 目的 研究液电波源碎石机碎石治疗对肾功能的损害。方法 对病人进行液电波源碎石机碎石治疗,检测尿酶活性(NAG、γ—GT)和尿β2—MG的排泄。结果 患者体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)后尿NAG、γ—GT均显著升高,7天左右恢复至治疗前水平;患者碎石后尿β2—MG显著升高,在第7天时有一个温和而明显的升高,第15天降至正常。结论 液电波源碎石机碎石治疗能引起急性肾功能损害,对肾功能的损害从尿酶的角度来看有显著的差异。 Objective To understand the renal function damages of an electrohydraulic system. Methods Patients were accepted the treatment of an electrohydraulic system. The short term effect of shock wave energy was studied by measuring urinary enzyme activity (N-acetyl-beta-glucoaminidase, NAG; Gamma-Glutamgltransferes, γ-GT) and the excretion of β2-microglobulin(β2-MG). Results Sharply elevated both NAG and γ-GT are detected after ESWL, which returned to baseline by day 7. β2-MG are increased remarkably after ESWL. On day 7 only a mild but significant elevation was noted. Excreation decreased to baseline by day 15. Conclusions Treatments of electrohydraulic system may cause acute renal function damage, significant differences were found in the degree of enzymuria.
