非手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎的体会

Experience of Non- operation Treatment for Sever Acute Pancreatitis

目的 总结重症急性胰腺炎非手术治疗的病例选择及治疗方法。方法 对过去4年来我院收治的7例以非手术方法治疗的重症急性胰腺炎病例进行回顾分析，对非手术治疗的指征及治疗方法进行总结。结果 并发假性囊肿3例，随防1年内基本吸收。其余治愈出院。结论 非手术治疗有助于控制重症急性胰腺炎病情的发展，对部分病例可以取得治愈的效果，亦可为其余病例的延期手术创造了重要条件，可以预防和治疗手术后的并发症。
