摘要
目的:探讨3D-DSA在颅内动脉瘤诊断及治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:2005年1~7月,对57例自发性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者行3D脑血管造影检查,分析动脉瘤的形态特征,根据造影结果决定治疗方案。结果:57例患者经2D和3D检查,确定48例共51个动脉瘤,分别采取血管内治疗及手术夹闭等治疗。结论:3D-DSA对颅内动脉瘤的形态特征显示极佳,对动脉瘤的诊断及治疗有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of 3-dimensional DSA in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:3-dimensional DSA was performed in 57 cases of spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage from January 2005 to July 2005. Analyzed the characteristics of aneurysm and then treated. Results:Following 3-dimensional DSA of 57 patients,the results were as follows: 48 cases were confirmed of the disease ,with a total of 51 aneurysms. 6 of them had been treated by endovascular occlusion with GDC,and 39 of them had been received the operation of clipping aneurysms.Conclusion: 3-dimensional DSA is effective and useful in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
