头部亚低温治疗在脑出血中的应用

Application of head mild hypothermia therapy in cerebral hemorrhage

目的:观察头部亚低温辅助治疗脑出血的疗效。方法:随机将脑出血患者分为两组,对照组采用降颅压控制脑水肿,降血压、营养脑神经、保持营养及水电解质平衡、对症治疗,治疗组在上述常规治疗基础上,加用电脑控制颅脑降温仪冰帽头颅亚低温治疗。结果:治疗组65例,治愈好转率72.6%。对照组43例,治愈好转率51.8%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:头颅局部亚低温治疗技术可以明显改善急性脑出血患者的神经功能,降低病死率和致残率。

Objective ：To observe the curative effect of head mild hypothermia in the adjunctive treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： 108 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups in random,with 65 cases in the treatment group and 43 cases in control group.The routine treatment was used in both groups such as descending intraeranial pressure for controlling encephaledema, depressurization,nourishing cranial nerve,keeping nutrition and water-electrolyte balance,heteropathy and so on.Besides those,the treatment group was added with mild hypothermia by a ice cap on head,whose temperature was controlled by electronic brain. Results：The rate of cure and improvement was 72.6% in the treatment group and 51.8% in control group,with a significant difference between them（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Mild hypothermia therapy to brain could obviously improve the nerve function and decrease the deformity and death rates in patients with acut cerebral hemorrhage.
