摘要 研究热处理工艺对Cr17Ni2钢组织和硬度的影响。在同样回火条件下常规热处理比临界区热处理的硬度高,但临界区淬火会使钢的韧性提高,同时可避免在550C左右出现回火脆性,可得到硬度与韧性的良好配合。 This paper deals with the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and hardness of stainless steel Crl7Ni2. The experimental results have shown that the conventional heat treament has higher hardess values than that of intercritical heat treatment under the condition of tempering at the same temperature However,intercritical heat treatment can improve the toughness of the steel and inhibit tempering embrittle ment which appeared at 550C. In this case,a good combined hardness and toughness can be obtained.
