腓骨短肌肌腱转位治疗三度踝关节外侧副韧带损伤的疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价以腓骨短肌肌腱转位修复距腓前韧带和跟腓韧带来治疗踝关节外侧韧带Ⅲ度损伤的临床效果。方法:按照入院顺序,把诊断为Ⅲ度外侧副韧带损伤的患者随机分为两组,对照组行损伤肌腱断端的缝合,实验组行损伤肌腱的缝合和腓骨短肌肌腱转位加强修复外侧踝关节副韧带。结果:实验组无论从患者的满意度,恢复的时间和后期踝关节的疼痛、不稳等方面均较对照组优良。结论:腓骨短肌肌腱转位修复踝关节外侧副韧带的损伤是一种较为理想的治疗急性踝关节Ⅲ度副韧带损伤的方法。 Objective:To assess the clinical effects of peroneus brevis tendon splitting and rerouting to resptructure the lateral ligament and direct lateral ligament repairing in the treatment of third-degree injury of lateral ligament in ankle joint.Me,otis:According to the time of admission,the patients diagnosed as third-degree injury of lateral collateral ligament in ankle joint were divided into two group in random,one was test group and another was control group.The peroneus brevis tendon splitting and rerouting was performed in the test group,while direct lateral ligament suturation in the control group.Results:The curative effects in the test group were all obviously superior to those in the control group in the satisfication of patients,recovery time as well as pain and instability in the ill ankles. Conclnsion:The peroneus brevis tendon transpostion is and ideal way to repair and restructure the acute third-degree injury of lateral collateral ligament in ankle joint.
