摘要
本文对国产JH-125型嘉陵摩托车发动机气缸体工作面进行激光热处理,结果表明,激光热处理后气缸体工作面硬化效果显著,表面硬度达HRC60~65,几何尺寸和表面粗糙度变化甚微。气缸体装机运行6万公里时,发动机运行正常,动力性能良好;与原缸体对比,耐磨寿命提高3倍。
This paper discusses the laser surface treatment on operational surface of motorcycle engine made in China, model JH-125.The results show that there is obvious hardening effect and surface hardeness is HRC 60-65 on the operational Surface of the cylinder;Meanwhile,there is also little variation in geometrical size and surface roughness after the operational surface of the cylinder is processed by Laser Surface Treatment.During the 60,000 kilometers of running duration after the cylinder is mounted on the motorcycle,the engine has been operating normally and it dynamic characteristics has been very good.Compared with the original cyclinder,the anti wear service life is improved three times.It is concluded that the technology of the Laser Surface Treatment on the cylinder of motorcycle engine made in China,Model JH-125 is reliable and feasible, which has excellent Social and economic efficiencies.
