摘要
本文利用反相高效液相色谱法(RPHPLC)测定了卷烟总粒相物及烟碱盐中尼古丁的含量。色谱条件为:固定相Shim-packCLC-C8(5μ,6.0×150),流动相0.1mol/LH3PO4-KH2PO4缓冲液(流速1.5ml/min,pH1.95),检测波长262nm,进样5μL),柱温40℃。与传统的紫外分光光度法和气相色谱法相比,该法具有准确、简便。
In this paper, the content of nicotine in cigarette grain phase and nicotine salt are determined by Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RPHPLC). The chromatogram conditions are: fixed phase shim-pack CLC-Cs (5μ 6.0×150), moving phase 0.1mol/L, H 3PO 4-KH 2PO 4 buffer (flow rate 1.5ml/min, PH 1.95),detection wavelength 262nm, sample injection 5μl, pillar temperature 40℃. Compared with the traditional ultraviolet spectrophotometry and gas chromatognaphy, this method is noted for its accuracy, convenience, high-speed and economical function.
