摘要
新闻要严格遵守国家的各种法律、法规,不得作出任何与之相左和背离的报道,更不能与新闻代法去进行“新闻审判”。1995年发生的“夹江打假案”所引起的社会“轰动效应”,是新闻侵权、越权,以舆论干扰司法审判的一个典型事例,值得理性反思、研究和探讨,并引以为戒。
The news media must strictly observe laws and regulations, and mustn＇t make any report against laws and regulations or even challenge the law. The case that Jiajiang County Color Printing Plant printed the false trade mark is typical that news media infringe and exceed their authorities and disturb the judicial justice. We should rationally reconsider, research on discuss it to and learn lessons from it.
