摘要
本文针对大学新生的学习困难现象及影响因素,从教育学、心理学上分析了其中的心理结构,心理特点和心理规律。就影响大学新生学习困难的主要因素在理论上和实践上提出了一些解决的对策。加强对大学新生的学习心理教育和指导,有计划的帮助大学新生了解自己,尽快地适应大学的学习生活,应成为学生教育管理工作的一个重要任务。
This paper mainly analyzes psychological structure, characteristics and laws of the freshmen who encounter learning difficulties from pedagogy and physiology, and puts forward countermeasures for major factors which cause learning difficulties of freshmen theoretically and practically, It has become an important task for educators to strengthen education and instruction from the aspect of physiology, and scheduledly help freshmen understand themselves.
