广西甜橙皮黄酮类等化学成分的研究

Study on the Constituents of the Flavonoids and Other Substances From the Peel of Citrus Sinensis (L.) Osbeck

对广西甜橙皮中的黄酮类等化学成分进行了分离和鉴定。从中性乙醚提取物中分离得到５种结晶成分，经理化性质的测定及光谱分析，有３种物质鉴定为甲氧基取代的黄酮类化合物，分别为３，５，６，７，８，３＇，４＇，－七甲氧基黄酮（Ⅰ）；蜜桔素（Ⅱ）和川陈皮素（Ⅲ），另２种物质分别鉴定为β－谷甾醇（Ⅳ）和木栓酮（Ⅴ）．其中化合物Ⅰ和Ⅴ均是首次从国内柑桔果皮中分离得到，化合物Ⅰ的体外细胞抑瘤实验已初步表明，它对人体白血病细胞（Ｋ５６２）有很明显的抑制作用。

Five compounds in the crystal form were isolated from dry peel of citrus Sinensis(L.)Osbeck collected from GuangXi province. By means of physico-chemical evidence andspectroscopic analysis( UV, IR, MS, 1HNMR), three components were characterized as poly-methoxyflavonoids. They were 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 3', 4'-heptamethoxy flavone (I), tangeretin (II) andnobiletin (III).B-sitosterol (IV) and friedelin( V ), which were also identified. Among them, 3, 5, 6, 7,8, 3', 4'-heptamethoxy flavone and friedelin were first obtained from domestic citrus peels. Heptamethoxy flavone was found having significant inhibitory action in the experiment with human Leukemic cell ( K 562).
