锚杆静压桩技术在桩加固工程中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 对于缺陷出现在较深部位或底部严重病害的高层建筑工程桩,多采用钻孔灌注桩进行加固托换,但往往其施工工期长,操作不便,受施工场地限制.而锚杆静压桩技术不仅仅只是被用在一般多层建筑物、中小型构筑物、厂房的地基处理或基础托换工程,也可以用在高层建筑桩基础加固、托换、纠偏工程中,且能克服钻孔灌注桩的缺点.分析、介绍了锚杆静压桩的桩型选择、桩基设计、桩基承台设计及底板成孔设计、锚杆设计,所推出的施工工艺对处理高层建筑病害工程桩具有独到之处. Normally, as for the reinforcement to tall building project pile with defects at deep or bottom parts, the common method is through boring and perfusing. Yet this method is disadvantageous in its long construction period, inconveniency, and restriction from the construction site. Whereas the technology of anchoring static pressing pile can not only be used in common multi--story buildings, medium-- and small-- sized architecture, foundation treatment of workshops or foundation exchange project, but also can be used in the foundation reinforcement, exchange and correction projects of tall buildings, overcoming the disadvantages of boring and perfusing pile. This paper makes an introduction and analysis of the pile type selection, pile foundation design, pile foundation timbering platform design, and bottom board boring design and anchor design. And the construction technology introduced in this paper is of special feature in treating the defective project piles of tall buildings.
