摘要
本文从近年来苏南与苏北产业转移的实际效果，立足于产业转移的基本规律，探讨了苏南与苏北产业转移的运行机制与政策环境建设问题。
Through studying the practical effects of the industrial transference from the Southern Region of Jiangsu Province to the Northern Region in recent years, this paper makes an exploration on the construction of the operating mechanism and policy environment concerning the issue in accordance with the basic law of industrial transference.
