射频吸波材料波导测试法装置转换接头的仿真分析

摘要 波导法适用于500MHz ̄1GHz频率范围对吸波材料的吸波性能进行测试,具有所需试样数目较少的优点。介绍了波导法的基本原理和实验室设计完成的波导法装置结构,利用高频仿真软件HFSS对装置的关键部分同轴—波导转换接头建模、仿真,根据仿真结果分析了影响接头性能的因素,在分析的基础上优化接头结构设计。 Enclosed-waveguide measurement is used for absorbing performance test of RF absorber, which is suitable for the frequency ranging from 500 MHz to 1 GHz and needs much less samples than other methods. The principle and structure of enclosedwaveguide measurement are presented, and the model of the coaxial -waveguide adapter is building using the soft HFSS, According to the result of simulation, the factors which influence the adapter are analyzed, and the structure is optimized.
