摘要
本文针对数控机床直流伺服系统,讨论了维修时的步骤,并对PWM单元、功放单元及速度、位置闭环回路进行了分析,指出了引起故障的原因,这些分析可以作为伺服驱动电路维修的理论依据。
In this paper,the repairing steps for DC sevo system of CNC machine tools is discussed.The circuit of the PWM unit,the power amplify unit and the close circuit of speed and position are analyzed.The cause of the accident is pointed out.Abore analysis will be used as the theoretic accordance for the repair of drive circuit of DC serro ssytems.
