摘要
从金属切削机理入手,本文详尽地分析了内容屑丝锥切削时所产生的切向力和径向力。进而研究了切削力对丝锥切削爪刚度影响以及由此对丝锥切齿精度的影响。在此基础上得出了内容屑丝锥设计中的公差补偿值,从而确保了丝锥加工出的螺孔尺寸在标准所规定的公差范围内,而且延长了丝锥的使用寿命。
On the principles of metal cutting this paper analyses the tongential and radial cutting forces developed by a hollow-center tap during cutting,further,studies the influence of radial cutting forces on the stiffness of the tap pawls and whereby on the tooth accuracy of the thread produced.Based on the analysis the magnitudes of tolerance compensation in hollow center tap design are obtained,therefore the thread tooth dimensions produced can be maintained within the tolerance limits given by the Standard and the tool life is extended
