摘要
作为中国司法管理学的基础理论之一,管理创新论具有重要理论意义:不仅司法改革本身就是司法管理创新活动的范例,而且从理论上来说,管理创新论排斥人为设立思想与研究禁区,为如何进行司法创新指明了具体内容和研究领域,并成为沟通司法问题与管理问题的理论桥梁。
As one of the essential theories of the Discipline of Chinese Judicial Administration,management innovation theory is of vital theoretical meaning to the construction and development of the newly emerged discipline: not only judicial reform itself is a model of management innovation,but theoretically speaking,it rejects any artificial forbidden areas in thoughts and research,points out where to and how to innovate in specific research,and theoretically bridges the gap between justice and management.
