随着经济的发展，社会的进步，高职的法律意识和权利意识的越来越强，如何实现学生管理的法制化，更好地保护学生的合法权益是学院管理工作中亟待解决地课题，文章试图认真分析学生管理法制化必要性，从而提出学生管理法制化的措施与对策。

As economic and social develop, vocational college students＇ legal consciousness and right consciousness are getting stronger. How to institutionalize the student administration and protect students＇ legal right is an urgent topic in college administration. In this paper, the necessity of student administration institutionalization is carefully analyzed while the measure and countermeasure are proposed.
