摘要
由于干熄焦炉炉壳各部位尺寸形状各异,安装时要满足平面度、圆度和中心线等高精度技术要求,并在筑炉过程中不产生切砖问题,困难极大。鞍钢5号、6号干熄焦炉炉壳安装工程中采用了多平面三维坐标法,达到了上述技术要求。
High accuracy technical demands on plane degree, cycle degree and center line etc. should be met while installafing dry coke quenching furnace shell because of different sizes and shapes of all parts. Brickwork is the most difficult problem during furnace construction. Multi - plane tri - dimentional coordinates method adopted in Angang No. 5 and No. 6 dry coke quenching furnaces shells installation engineering can reach the technical requirements above.
