Movement simulation and analysis of press mechanism for thin-wall components based on ADAMS

利用ADAMS软件对冲压机构进行建模与运动仿真,提出系统运动仿真的方法,在仿真过程中对关键点和重要参数进行了测量和分析,为进一步设计奠定良好的基础。

This paper presented the method of mechanism movement simulation with ADAMS software and utilized the ADAMS software. The prototyping model of press mechanism for thin - wall components was established and simulation was carried out. Measurement and analysis of the key point and the major parameters were carried during the simulation. It also established the foundation for further design.
