摘要
水冷设备由于污垢影响,在运行过程中制冷量下降,功耗增加,必须进行定期清洗。如何确定清洗周期对提高机组经济性能具有重要意义。根据水冷设备机组运行曲线,提出以最大平均COP来确定其最佳清洗周期的方法,并将其应用于实际中。
Because of the influence of fouling, the water- cooling sets'output declines and the running power increases when the water - cooling sets are running and it must be cleaned during certain times. How to choose the optimization period is important to improve the sets' economy performance. This paper puts out the method to decide the optimization period of cleaning of water - cooling sets based on the largest average of COP, which was applied in industry practice.
