喷油嘴喷孔角度变换计算及误差分析

摘要 利用立体几何与三角函数进行坐标变换,推导出由喷油嘴喷孔设计角度变换为加工、测量角度计算的一般公式,再用全微分法推导出加工误差的求解公式,并用极限偏差计算法加以验证和举例应用,其结果基本上一致。该计算方法容易掌握,适用于各种长型喷油嘴喷孔的计算。 The common equation for transforming nozzle spray - hole design angle to process and test angle was obtained by means of solid geometry and trigonometric function in this paper. In addition, the equation for machining error was obtained using differential calculus, the result was validated by the method of limit deviation, as well as, application was given an exam- pie. General speaking, the date shows agreement with each other. The process is easy to grasp and suited to design all kinds of long nozzle spray - hole.
