摘要
根据齿轮传动的不同要求,齿轮精度设计时齿轮精度要求也各不相同,而不同的齿轮精度要求将使齿轮的加工成本受到影响。讨论齿轮在精度设计过程中如何在保证齿轮传动的工作要求前提下,使齿轮加工成本经济合理,即齿轮精度设计过程中其经济精度的确定。分析结果显示,利用该方法进行渐开线圆柱齿轮精度设计,可降低企业成本,提高经济效益。
According to different requirement of gear driving, the precision of gear designing is also different, and this will resuit in different processing cost. How to select reasonable presion in gear designing is very important. In order to reduce the costing, the kinetic performances of various involute cylindric gear are studied, and the relation between designing precision and gear driving is analyzed in this article. The results show that using this measure in precision designing for involute cylindric gear, which is introduced in this article, will reduce cost and improve economic benefit.
