机械产品设计中零件装配工艺性的分析

Analysis of the technics character of parts assemblage in the design of machinery

提出机械产品设计中零件的工艺性问题,主要从装配单元的划分出发,分析了常见结构设计中装配工艺的合理性,提出了保证装配精度的措施,并有针对性地给出了一些装配误差的补偿办法,对产品设计者有所帮助。

The subject of technique of mechanic parts in the design of products is presented, h analyzes the reasonability of assemble structure in design of common machine which starts from the division of assemble units. Finally, some measures of keeping precision of machine have been offered and several methods of compensating error of assemblage have been given for certain structure, which is good for designers.
