蛋用黄羽鹌鹑血液细胞学和血液生理学参数的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用采自纯系蛋用黄羽鹌鹑健康群体的血样,对黄羽鹌鹑的血液细胞学和主要血液生理学参数进行了研究。结果表明,黄羽鹌鹑的血液细胞形态与鸡和其它禽类相似。黄羽鹌鹑的红细胞数量、凝血细胞数量、血红蛋白含量和血细胞比容均存在性别差异,其中红细胞数量、凝血细胞数量、血红蛋白含量和血细胞比容雄性均显著高于雌性(P<0.05),凝血细胞数量雌性显著高于雄性(P<0.01)。凝血细胞长度比红细胞短,其宽度与红细胞差异不显著(P>0.05)。3周龄和7周龄比较红细胞数量、凝血细胞数量、血红蛋白含量和血细胞比容均无显著差异(P>0.05),白细胞数量和分类以及各类白细胞的大小在性别和周龄间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。 Blood samples collected from the wing vein of healthy pure yellow-feather egg quails were used to study the cellular morphology and physiology parameter of the blood of yellow-feather quails. The results indicated that blood cell morphology in yellow-feather quails was similar to that in chickens and other birds. Sex had a significant effect on sum of erythrocyte and thrombocyte,content of hemoglobin and hematocrit,sum of erythrocyte,content of hemoglobin and hematocrit in male quails were obviously higher than that in female(P〈0.05),whereas sum of thrombocyte in female was significantly higher than that of male (P〈0.01). The length of thrombocyte was shorter than that of erythrocyte,whereas there were no obvious difference in width between thrombocyte and erythrocyte(P〉0.05). There were no significant difference in the sum of erythrocyte and thrombocyte,the content of hemoglobin and the hematocrit between 3 weeks and 7 weeks (P〉0.05),and there were no significant difference in the numbers and classification of leukocyte and size of all kinds leukocyte between ages or sexes(P〉0.05).
