摘要
对于一些诸如泡沫塑料等的非均匀材料,其长度随温度变化的规律并非直线性,在以往的试验中,是先将温度曲线人为地分为若干段,并给出各段的材料平均线膨胀系数。为了更加精确地反映和处理这类物质的温度行为,本文提出了一种数学处理方法,以此来拟合材料的实际温度行为。根据此拟合式可给出材料在实际温度变化内的每一温度下的线膨胀系数。
For some heterogeneous material, such as foam, the curve relationship of length and temperature isn't linear. In the past experiments, the curve was divided into several parts and the average of each linear expandability coefficient was given. To more accurately show the curve relationship of length and temperature of this material, this paper puts forward a mathematical method to fit the curve relationship of length and temperature. And according to this fitting, the linear expandability coefficient of each temperature can be computed.
